Hotel a Northern Albuquerque

“While staying there ,everything was good and and staffs were so awful to us !!”

“For a presidential room, there was 1 fork and 1 glass for 2 people. No kitchen towels or dish towels or soap. The coffee cups were dirty. There wasn't extra blankets for the sofa bed. The TVs are old. The elevator didn't work and our special needs person struggled with the stairs. The restaurant wasn't open at 12 as we were told and then told it would be another hour or so after that.”

“It was a good room for the price, had everything you’d expect from a hotel. Where this one stands out is that the lobby and exterior was Spanish colonial style. Had many lounging areas inside and in the courtyard.”

“The beds are amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here this month, This is also the second time we did not have hot water in the room. The first time we could not get hot water in the tub and this time in the sink. The maintenance guys are really nice first thing in the morning, but I don't think having hot water in both locations is a big ask.”

“What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. We plan on coming back for an extended stay. The nights were quiet. The bed comfortable and with restaurants in walking distance, we had everything we needed. My wife works out daily and though...

“We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”
